Most people arrive knowing roughly what they want and rather less about which route gets them there. An extension, a loft alteration and an internal reconfiguration can all answer the same brief — more usable space — but they differ sharply in cost, disruption and whether they need planning permission at all. Working out which one actually fits is usually the first useful conversation, and it is worth having before anyone draws anything.

The services below overlap in practice. A renovation often involves structural alteration; an extension nearly always involves design and a building-regulations submission. We keep them under one team so those stages inform each other rather than arriving as separate quotes from separate firms, each assuming someone else has dealt with the awkward part.
